Community Acupuncture: $20 - 40 Sliding Scale (Initial treatment - extra $10)
Acupuncture is a Chinese Medical treatment that enlivens the body's ability to restore wholeness through stimulating various points along the body's energy channels with the insertion of small needles. Acupuncture is effective in treating a wide range of ailments including pain, arthritis, allergies, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, infertility and much more. In China, traditionally, acupuncture was performed in a "community" setting, with patients sitting together in a large room. We follow this model with a number of comfortable reclining seats because it allows us to keep cost down and lets the patients remain fully clothed. It is done by Candice Craig.
Private Acupuncture: $70-100 Sliding Scale (Initial treatment - extra $10)
Candice uses 5-Element acupuncture in the private room, where she can spend more personal time with patients and use other facets of Chinese Medicine such as moxa and gua sha. The private treatment is more in-depth than the Community Acupuncture. Some patients are just more comfortable in a private "doctor's visit" type of interaction.
Fire Cupping: $80 Sliding Scale (Initial treatment - extra $10)
Cupping is a therapy used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to remove stagnation and stimulate the flow of qi (chi). Qi is the free flow of vital energy circulating through the body and the world around us, if the qi is disrupted or disturbed, it can create stagnation (blockages) or imbalances in the body.on the skin. By warming the air within a glass cup, a vacuum is created, and when it is applied to the skin, the tissue is drawn up into the cup. This increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and is thought to stimulate healing. The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. Fire Cupping is done by Candice Craig.
Massage added to Private Acupuncture Session : 15 minute - $15 & 30 minute - $30
This is done by Candice, in the private room, 15/30 minutes can be added to a private acupuncture treatment. The type of massage done is a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue. A wide variety of pressures, movements, and techniques are used to help the muscles and other soft tissues to relax and give you relief.
Psychotherapy: $60-130 Sliding Scale (Initial Appointment $90-165)
Psychotherapy can be helpful for many different mental, emotional, and behavioral issues. Dr. Tara Louchery specializes in anxiety, PTSD and mood disorders. She also specializes in relationship issues, co-parenting and sexuality issues. She counsels individual clients over the age of twelve, couples, and families. She takes Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Highmark, APS Healthcare, Anthem, and Magellan Behavioral Health Insurances. Please note, neither insurance nor sliding scale is applicable to co-parenting work.

Hypnotherapy - $75 per session
Cathy Guthrie-Smetzer can custom design Weight Management, Anxiety & Stress Management, Pain Management, and Smoking Cession programs using a combination of hypnosis, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes. She can teach ways of meditating to reduce stress and improve energy levels. She's able to combine the knowledge she obtained from her Bachelor in Health & Wellness with Hypnosis to help you improve your well being. She can also provide hypnosis for emotional healing, improving self esteem and building confidence for success. She does offer a free initial phone consultation, to answer any questions you might have. She can let you know if hypnosis would be beneficial for you.

Quantum Angel Reiki - $30 - 30 min & $50 - 60 min (1st time an hour is recommended)
This is Reiki mixed with Quantum Touch and Shamanic practices. Energy healing promotes healing by enhancing energy flow (Qi) and correcting disturbances in the “human energy field” or “aura”, which permeates and surrounds the body. Everything is made up of energy. Improving the flow of energy in the energy field supports the self-healing capacity of the body. It is done in the private room, by Cathy, while you remain fully dressed. She feels the energy workshops and training she received has opened her to become a conduit for the angelic realm to bring healing into your life. Energy healing works wonderfully when the clients angels are involved. This only takes the client to ask for them to assist. This protects them by only allowing the energy they need to come through. The healing is also at a pace that is the most effective.
Power Soul Retrieval - Each Session is 60-90 min $75
Soul loss is a major contributing factor to disease. Soul loss occurs during trauma, which can be physical, emotional, or spiritual. Have you ever came out of a situation feeling like something is missing or not quite right? It's a survival technique to preserve important aspects of the soul. Your consciousness may even leave the body temporarily, as is the case during many car accidents. A lot of times those parts do not come back on there own. Cathy has received training from The Foundation For Shamanic Studies, and can help you heal your soul.
