Cathy is currently the Office Manager at Hagerstown Holistic Wellness. She also sees clients for Hypnosis, Health and Wellness Coaching, Quantum Angel Reiki, and Shamanic Services including Soul Retrieval Sessions. She has a Bachelor in Health and Wellness, minoring in Nutrition from Kaplan University. She has a certificate from the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts in Hypnotherapy. She is planning on continuing classes to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

 

Before going back to school, Cathy spent sixteen years in the Bradenton/Sarasota area of Florida. Where she was mentored by a few of Sarasota’s spiritual leaders:  Zan Benham, Jo Mooy​ & Patricia Cockerill. She has been a Reiki Master since 2009, trained by Zan Benham, in the lineage of Diane Stine, author of Essential Reiki. Zan taught her many things from the American Indian and Peruvian spiritual traditions: fire circle ceremonies, sweat lodge, ceremonial drum making, sacred pipe ceremony and more. Her Reiki training was enhanced by attending energy workshops: Quantum Touch, Advance Quantum Touch and sound workshops taught by Jo and Patricia. She also volunteered as an energy healer before their meditation gatherings twice a month. She moved back to the Pennsylvania area when her previous career in sign design and production was coming to a close. She received Karuna Reiki Training in 2013 with Sue Edwards. She continues to receive training through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies with Dana Robinson. Workshops she's take include: Way of the Shaman, Death/Dying and Beyond, Extraction Healing, and Power Soul Retrieval Workshops.
